Refund Policy for Asphalt Lots Parking Garage Reservations

At Asphalt Lots, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we want to offer a flexible and fair refund policy for our parking garage reservations. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Policy:

Full Refund Eligibility: Customers are eligible for a 100% refund if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.

Cancellation Process: To cancel a reservation and request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or call us at 888-441-7275. Be sure to include your reservation details for prompt processing.

Refund Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the reservation.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare for your arrival.

No-Shows: Reservations that are not canceled and remain unused will not be eligible for a refund.

Modifications: If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change the date or time), please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, but we cannot guarantee changes made within 24 hours of the reservation.
