- How far is the port from your facility?We are located 10.9 miles from the Norfolk cruise port — about a 15-minute ride on our shuttle.
- Is the shuttle service included? Yes, round-trip shuttle service is completely free with every reservation.
- What are your shuttle times? On cruise days, shuttles start at 9:30 AM and run every 15 minutes. We recommend arriving by 9:00 AM. Return pickups from the port begin at 7:00 AM in front of the Wisconsin Battleship.
- What is the vehicle height limit? The maximum height is 7 feet 10 inches. Please measure your vehicle including any roof racks, antennas, or cargo boxes.

- When does the garage open? We open at 7:00 AM on cruise days.
- Can I drop my car off the night before my cruise? Yes, night-before parking is available. Please call Brad directly at 757-332-1443 to arrange it.

- Do you transport scooters or wheelchairs? Yes, we can transport scooters and wheelchairs.
- Are car seats required for children in the shuttle? No. By Virginia law, car seats are not required in our shuttle vans.
- Is your parking facility secure? Yes. It is a gated facility with keycard entry, hourly security patrols, and 24/7 video surveillance.
