- Is the shuttle included with Cruise Parking? Yes, complimentary round-trip shuttle service to and from the port is included with every reservation.
- Where do you pick us up when we return? We pick you up right in front of the Wisconsin Battleship, starting at 7:00 AM.
- When does the garage open? We open at 7:00 AM. We will pick you up from the garage at 9:30 AM, and shuttles run continuously starting at 9:30 AM on the day of your cruise.
- Do you transport scooters or wheelchairs? Yes, we do transport scooters and wheelchairs.
- Are car seats required in the shuttle vans? No. By Virginia law, baby car seats are not required in our shuttle vans.
- What is the vehicle height limit? Maximum height is 7 feet 10 inches. Please measure your vehicle including any roof racks or antennas.
- Can we park the night before our cruise? Yes. Night-before parking is available. Please call Brad directly at 757-332-1443 to make arrangements.

- Is the garage secure? Yes. It’s a gated facility with keycard entry, hourly security patrols, and 24/7 video surveillance.

- How early should I arrive at the garage? We recommend arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest for a smooth 9:30 AM pickup. Earlier is fine since we open at 7:00 AM.
