Yes, our parking garage has a maximum height limit of 7 feet 10 inches to ensure all vehicles can safely navigate through the facility.

A: Yes
Q: How far away is the port from the garage?
A: The port is 10.9mi, 15 min shuttle from the garage.
Q: Where do you pick up when we return?
A: We stage vehicles for pickup, starting at 7am, in front of Todd Jurichs Bistro on Main St, across from The Nauticus.
Q: When does the garage open to park?
A: We are setup at the garage by 730am. The earliest you can catch a shuttle from the garage is 8am.
Q: How often do the shuttles run?
A: We run shuttles in a constant loop to and from the port, so there is no set schedule.
Q: Can we park our car the night before our cruise, and walk from our hotel?
A: Yes, we have shuttles available that can meet you at the garage and return your drivers to the hotels downtown. Please be aware of the distance from the ship your hotel is, as we can't promise we can swing by to get you ftom the hotel down to the ship.
Q: Is the garage secure?
A: The garage is a gated, keycard required for entry, security guard hourly patrolled facility with 24/7 CCTV.
