After more than two decades in the United States Navy, Martin Parker and Bradley Metcalf came home with the same mission they carried on every deployment: protect what matters most.

We stood watch through long nights at sea. We learned the true meaning of discipline, honor, and never leaving anyone behind. We protected ships, equipment, and — most importantly — our shipmates and their families back home. That same sense of duty didn’t end when we took off the uniform.

In July 2023, we founded Asphalt Lots Cruise Parking & Vehicle Storage in Chesapeake, Virginia — a veteran- and family-owned business built on the values that shaped us: integrity, reliability, and genuine care.

We know what it feels like to leave loved ones behind and wonder if everything will be okay while you’re gone. That’s why we created a secure indoor parking garage where you can drop off your vehicle with complete peace of mind before you sail from the Port of Norfolk.
